Course Fees

Fee is payable in advance and includes the cost of the seminar/workshop, the workbook, and all meeting materials. Refreshments will also be provided during the morning and afternoon breaks.

Group Discounts
We will offer a 10% discount on tuition when three or more people register from the same company, at the same time for the same seminar session.

Confirmation
We will mail or fax your verification of registration within 10 days after you register. If you don't receive your confirmation before the seminar, please call us to confirm your seat. We will try to mail all confirmations within 24 hours of receipt. If it is a late registration, we will also fax the confirmation within 24 hours of receipt. Please call at any time if you require a faxed copy of the confirmation.

Registration
Our registration table opens at 8:00 am. When you arrive at the hotel, please check the directory for the exact location of the seminar. Our registrar will sign you in and give you your seminar materials at that time.

Schedule
We begin at 8:30 am and wrap up at 4:30 pm. Lunch is on your own from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Grab another attendee, grab a bite, and compare notes over lunch! Refreshments will be served at the breaks.

Parking and Directions
We do our best to find seminar facilities that have all the pluses: convenient location, great meeting rooms, courteous staff and plenty of free parking. However, some facilities have paid parking only. Check the seminar location information page or call the facility or our office to check on the status of parking. If there is paid parking only, you may want to call the location and find out if there is free parking just around the corner.

What to Bring
Your favorite pen to jot down notes. Although much of the material is documented in the manual, there may be a few extra tidbits of information you would want to write down.

A sweater or jacket - The air conditioning and heating varies from location to location.

Cancellations and Substitutions
Registration fee less a $25 service charge per person will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance. Due to some seating limitations, NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED.

If your cancellation is less than a week from the seminar, you may:
1) send a substitute from your organization or
2) transfer your registration to another seminar of your choice within 12 months.
In the unlikely event that CADtech must cancel a class, CADtech's liability is limited to the course fee. CADtech is not liable for any travel or lodging expense. CADtech will make every effort to notify registrants of any cancellations as soon as possible.

On-Site Training and Consulting
For large groups, we offer considerable savings through on-site training. We can customize any of our programs and send a trainer directly to your company. For more information about our on-site services, call 1-800-454-4054.

Guarantee
The goal of CADtech is to help you organize and advance the computer technology in your office. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the information you receive in our seminar, please call our office within thirty days of the seminar and we will issue a full refund or arrange for you to attend another CADtech seminar at no additional cost.

Continuing Education
Many national, state and local licensing boards and professional organizations will grant Continuing Education credit for attendance at our workshops when you submit your Certificate of Attendance and/or your Letter of Verification. You may want to contact your own board or organization to find out what is required.

Tax Deduction
Treasury regulation 1.162-5 Coughlin vs. Commissioner 203.F2d.307 states that certain education-related expenses, including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging, are tax deductible if incurred to maintain or improve professional skills.
